Kim McNeely
Kim McNeely is the director of the Measure J Bond Program and brings over 29 years of K-12 facilities experience. She has successfully managed several large bond programs, including master plan development, implementation planning, and project delivery. Ms. McNeely focuses on delivering projects on schedule and within budget by carefully monitoring project costs and actively seeking alternative funding sources including state bond funding.
