Does your child have food allergies we need to know about?

**91社区does not serve any items with peanuts or tree nuts. However, we do bring in products that may be produced in facilities that handle and process nuts, so we cannot guarantee that meals are completely free of traces of nuts, or nut residue.

If you are in need of a refund from your student's school lunch account, please complete the following form and submit it to the Child Nutrition Department.
