The ELO-P/ASES Program

    • Has 2 main components
      • Recreational opportunities component (Extended Learning Opportunities Program)
      • Before and after-school program component (After School Education and Safety Program)
    • Serves students in grades TK - 6th.
    • Is accessible to unduplicated students who need access to the program components.
    • Has a student-to-staff ratio of 1:10 for TK & K students, and a staff-to-student ratio of 1:20 for 1st - 6th grade students.

Junction TK-8 and Marylin Avenue

    • Operates for at least 30 non-school days, including summer & other intersession days.
    • Complements the school days so students have access to no less than 9 hours of learning time/experiences (including the core school day).
    • Offers the following:
      • Homework Assistance
      • Nutritious snacks and supper
      • Daily physical activities
      • Daily thematic classroom lessons
      • Learning experiences that help to create foundation/background knowledge, and expand on current learning

Croce, Jackson Avenue and Joe Michell TK-8

    • Maintains a partnership with various community partners such as
      • Livermore Area Recreation and Parks District (LARPD)
      • Pinot's Palette
      • Nike
    • Students who qualify as unduplicated students (students with confirmed eligibility for Free or Reduced Lunch, students who are English Learners, and Foster Youth) are able to participate in recreational activities free of charge
