As part of the Measure A ballot measure, the Independent Citizens Oversight Committee was established to ensure the community that our district continues to allocate funds as indicated in the ballot language. 

The committee consists of community members who represent, together, the following sectors of our community: (1) financial/legal profession; (2) active in a business organization representing the business community located in the District; (3) member of the community at large; (4) member of the senior citizen community; or (5) parent of a student. Committee members serve a two-year term. 

The committee usually meets in the evening at the 91社区District Office, during the months of January through May, on dates agreed on by the committee. In addition, the committee prepares an annual report that it presents to the 91社区 by the end of June.

Application for Citizen's Oversight Committee

In May 2022, Livermore voters passed the Measure A parcel tax which will continue to provide support for critical educational programs for our District. The Parcel Tax Oversight Committee will provide oversight for the allocation and disbursement of Measure A funds, ensuring they are spent according to the intent of the ballot language.
