I am a first-grade teacher and mother of two.  I grew up on the Central Coast of California. I attended Cal Poly SLO and received my undergraduate degree in child development. I completed my teaching credential at San Jose State. I am about to begin my 20th year of  teaching. I started my career in the Milpitas Unified School district teaching first and second grades. This is my 15th year teaching first grade in Livermore at Smith School. I live in Livermore with my two kids, husband, and dog. I love traveling and reading in my free time.
