Mr. Neal has more than two decades of experience in middle school administration in Castro Valley, Newark, and Dublin. He has dedicated his educational leadership career to fostering an environment of academic excellence and positive character development for middle school students. Mr. Neal is most passionate about driving improvement in student achievement, nurturing staff development, and engaging with students and families. Mr. Neal is committed to bringing his well-rounded experience and enthusiasm to the students, staff, and families of East Avenue.
