    East Avenue Middle School Athletics

Welcome to  East Ave Middle Schoo Athleticsl! We offer many after-school athletic opportunities throughout the school year for both boys and girls. Please have your student get a physical examination and have the physician complete the school district physical form this summer. The physical is good for one calendar year and allows your student to try out and play in the sports listed below.

You must have a current Livermore school district athletic physical form on file in the office to participate.

You must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average to participate. Please make donations payable to East Ave School after your athlete has made the team.

Sports Calendar Overview

  • MS Athletics and Donations

Athletics is an integral part of the development of students in Middle School. It is the Mission of the 91社区 Athletic Department to inspire each student to extraordinary achievement every day. We provide a comprehensive athletic program that emphasizes the development of lifelong learning, values and skills through hard work, sportsmanship, ethical conduct, and fair play.

During each season of sport, the school's athletic department may ask for donations to contribute to the expenses of uniforms, equipment, and officials. While any donation is appreciated, the suggested donation amount is $100 per sport. The California Constitution’s free school guarantee prohibits charging students any fee, charge, or deposit for extracurricular, credit, or non-credit activities that are part of the District’s or school site’s educational program. Though many programs request parent/guardian donations, which are permissible, these donations are not mandatory. Donations may be made through the school’s webstore found on the school’s website or with cash or check at the school site. Donations are not refunded. All donations will be made to the General Athletics Account. Donations in any amount are very much appreciated and will be equitably distributed to athletic teams in compliance with Title IX.

Please note that donations are welcome at any time. Donations are not required of any student or family. No child will be denied participation in any activities, regardless of whether donations are given.
