• Choir at Livermore High School

Livermore High School is proud to be the home of a strong choral music program. LHS currently offers three curricular choirs that are taught during the school day: Concert, Chamber, and Show. Concert Choir is an all-levels ensemble. No prior experience or audition is necessary to join Concert Choir. Chamber Choir and Show Choir are advanced ensembles for students who want to further their development as choral musicians. For more info about each choir, or to find out which choir is right for you, click through each choir's page on the left.

About Mr. Filice

As Director of Choirs at Livermore High School, I'm lucky enough to work with students on their musicianship, vocal development, and ensemble skills every day. I love the community at LHS, and the role that choir plays as a part of that community. I believe that music can help us understand the cultures around us in a deep and meaningful way. Music also helps us create our own new and unique culture. In addition to teaching at LHS, I'm also an active singer in the Bay Area and beyond. Locally, I sing with and serve as Assisstant Conductor for the , which is dedicated to performing new works by contemporary composers. I also sing with , which is a professional choir based in Philadelphia.
